This provides the opportunity to experience a taste of our Cotswold tours for solo-travellers and those wishing for a lower cost option who don’t mind sharing their tour with other visitors to the Cotswolds.
Travel with a small group in a new, air-conditioned Mercedes executive mini bus seating up to 7-passengers and discover the beauty and charm of the northern Cotswold hamlets, towns and villages.
You will visit the very best ‘hidden gems’ of the region, including Broadway and its infamous Tower, Snowshill, Chipping Campden, Stow-on-the-Wold, the Slaughters and Bourton-on-the-Water.
With collections from train stations with direct lines from the capital, our small group tours of the Cotswolds also make the perfect day-trip from London or other UK regions. Our group tour includes a cream tea at a quintessential Cotswold tea room, who also happen to serve brilliant artisan coffee for those who would like a stronger dose of caffeine instead of a cup of tea!
During the tour we will visit several villages and towns such as Broadway, Chipping Campden and Stow-on-the-Wold, which have a selection of cafés, tea rooms and delicatessen where you can pick up some food to take-away (unfortunately, there will not be time for you to sit down in a restaurant).
To preserve the immaculate condition of our vehicles, food and drink is not permitted to be consumed in the vehicle, however there will be plenty of opportunities for a drink and bite to eat as you stop in various towns and villages.
There is a strict no smoking policy in all of our tour vehicles.
There will be a total of up to 7 passengers in the vehicle during your group tour of the Cotswolds.
We allow up to 5-minutes before departing from each stop, therefore it is up to you to ensure you arrive in time. CJP Tours will not be held responsible for any passenger who does not arrive back at the vehicle on time, as this will affect the experience for the rest of the group.
For our group tours we are able to allow one small piece of hand luggage per passenger. If you do need to bring a large suitcase, space will be limited so please discuss this with us before booking as a private tour may be more suitable for you.
We recognise that everybody, including disabled and less able visitors, has the right to enjoy all aspects of tourism and travel.
Our 7-passenger Mercedes V-Class, which we use for our group tours, is both comfortable and spacious. We do not provide ramps however your driver/guide would be happy to provide some assistance for you in entering and exiting the vehicle. Please note however that our staff do not receive disability awareness/equality training.
As this is a group tour with multiple passengers, if you do require additional or special assistance we recommend that you also book a seat for a carer to join you during your tour. Unfortunately during a group tour we can not accommodate for wheelchairs on board.
We make it our priority to meet customers’ individual needs through personal attention. We aim to provide the same high quality levels of service for everybody. If a group tour is not suitable, then we would be happy to provide pricing for a private tour where an itinerary can then be tailored to your individual requirements.
The minimum age limit for children travelling on a Cotswold group tour with CJP Tours is 10 years, when accompanied by an adult over the age of 18. All parents/guardians are responsible for the behaviour of their children.
For any passengers travelling alone, the minimum age limit is 18 years old.
Should you wish to travel with passengers under 10, we are very happy to provide pricing for a private tour for families where we would be happy to accommodate for all ages and can provide child car seats and booster seats if needed.
