The Cotswolds is one of England’s finest walking landscapes — a world of ancient trackways, open wolds, hidden river valleys and honey-stone villages beckoning to be discovered on foot. Our guided walking tours bring this countryside to life; led by our expert local Cotswold tour guides, as you walk your guide will share the history, folklore and hidden secrets of the places you pass through — from the medieval wool trade that built these beautiful villages to the writers, artists and eccentrics who have called the Cotswolds home.

Whether you’re tracing a stretch of the celebrated Cotswold Way — one of England’s great National Trails — or exploring quieter corners of the Cotswolds National Landscape, each walk is entirely tailored to your group, your pace and your starting point. Half-day and full-day options are available, with stops for lunch planned along the way for full-day routes, and walks starting and ending from a pre-agreed location to suit your stay. Luggage transfers can also be arranged, should these be required.

We’ll check availability and come back to you with options and a quote. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours.

If you’d like to go ahead, we’ll send a booking form along with a secure payment link to reserve your tour with a deposit.

Step 4:

We’ll work with you to finalise the route, ensuring everything is tailored to your group.

What level of fitness will be required?
Our walks are tailored to your group, so we’ll agree a suitable route and pace with you in advance. Please let us know of any mobility considerations when you enquire and we’ll make sure the walk is right for you.

Can we choose our own route?
Absolutely. We will suggest options based on your starting point and preferences, or work with you to plan something entirely bespoke. The example walks listed are starting points, not fixed itineraries.

What should we wear and bring?
We recommend comfortable walking footwear, layers appropriate for the weather, and a small day pack with water and a snack. We will advise on anything specific for your chosen route.

Can luggage transfers be arranged?
Yes. If you’re walking point-to-point or need bags moved between locations, luggage transfers can be arranged. Please mention this when you enquire.

How many people can join a walk?
Our walks are private and guided, so group size is flexible. Just let us know your numbers when you get in touch.
